At Love Ur Dog, our aim was to create a place where your pooch would feel like a VIP guest.

That’s why we’ve created a luxury boarding facility, where you can leave your four-legged family member safe in the knowledge that they’ll be pampered and cared for just as they would at home.

We understand that parting from your pup for any length of time – whether it’s one night or a fortnight – can be stressful, which is why we want to put your mind at ease from the off.

After you’ve filled out your pooch’s profile on the Kennel Booker app, you can arrange to drop them off with us for a 2-hour trial, available between the hours of 10am - 2pm.

What’s included in an overnight stay?

The hotel complex here at Love Ur Dog has been designed to an exceptionally high standard. We have a choice of bedrooms, from our Garden View to our Executive Suites, each fitted and furnished with full sized beds to help your dog feel at home. Each room provides plenty of natural sunlight, with windows to prevent the rooms having a “closed off” feel so that guests can watch the world go by.

Upon check-in at our reception desk, you and your pup will be greeted by a friendly member of our team, who will walk you through the process to answer any questions you may have. We’ll also confirm any of your dog’s dietary requirements, and collect their toys and treats (if you’ve brought any). Then, it’s time to say farewell to your pup, as you both embark on your holiday!

We have a team of trained dog handlers who will love and treat your pooch like their own, ensuring they get as much fresh air and exercise as they need. Guests will also have access to a play area with plenty of toys and new friends to keep their tails wagging – ensuring they’ll fall onto their mattress at night happy and ready for a good night’s sleep. If your dog prefers the company of humans, we’d be more than happy to accommodate this too. All playtimes are monitored, as safety is our number one priority.

Each guest that boards with us for 7 days or more will receive a complimentary wash and blow-dry – the perfect way to end their stay!

Our Suites

Executive Suites

From £39.00 per night

The executive suites are situated around our modern boardwalk. These elegant, spacious rooms contain large panoramic windows, allowing our guests to relax and unwind. All executive suites come with a HD TV, Bose surround sound stereo, memory foam mattresses and luxury toys and soft bears for company.

Garden View Suites

From £45.50 per night

Our garden view suites are located around our fabulous garden board walk, designed by world renowned designer Abby Burnett, created to allow our guests to feel relaxed and welcomed by the natural garden views. All garden view suites come with a HD TV, Bose surround stereo, full size beds with memory foam mattresses and soft cosy bedding.

Penthouse Suites

From £52.00 per night

The individually designed penthouse suites are located on the second floor with commanding views over-looking the Garden Suites and garden board walk, with a mixture of both cabin beds and four poster beds, an Ultra HD TV, Bose surround sound stereo and private secure gardens.

Important Information

Before your VIP one can stay with us, they must have received the following vaccinations within the last 12 months:

Canine distemper

Infectious canine hepatitis (canine adenovirus)

Leptospirosis (L.canicola and L. IcteroHaemorrhagiae)

Canine parvovirus

The course of medication must have been administered over two weeks before boarding, but not more than 12 months prior or in accordance with manufactures’ recommendations.

Please note that Titre testing - veterinary certificates can only be accepted if dated within 12 months of boarding, and then only for canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis and canine parvovirus. There must be separate proof of vaccination against Leptospirosis due to Titre testing not covering this.

Proof of vaccination must be shown before your dog can be allowed within the hotel. This is for the health and wellbeing of all our guests, which is our priority at all times.
