If you would like to come and look around the hotel, you can prebook a visitor slot between 10am – 2pm. Please get in touch with our team to arrange this.
Check in is from 14:00hrs and check out is 11:00hrs - early check in and late departure is available on request - please speak to reception to arrange for late check out or early check in, the hotel is open 24hrs per day.
Yes of courses, the hotel is staffed 24hrs a day and our evening team are there for late night or early morning check in's and departures.
Yes, this is very important, we can only allow guests whom have full vaccination, we will also need to take a copy of the vaccination certificate at check in which we will keep on record for your next visit.
All our staff complete a minimum training program which consists of level canine first aid, canine welfare and canine care and body language other staff have further diplomas in dog welfare and well being.
Typically, guests never leave the hotel. The hotel is equipped with a 400 msq outdoor activity park and a 100msq indoor activity park including splash pools, exercise frames and toys. We ensure your little one will receive as much or as little exercise as they require; however, we do offer 1-hour walks at an additional cost
Yes our family rooms have been designed so all family guests stay together, they will also be exercised and pampered together.. With regard to cost the first guest is charged at full rate and the remaining guests are charged at 50% of the full rate.
We offer a settling in period, we will happily take your little one for a few hours to wonder around and familiarise themselves with the hotel to ensure they are happy and settled.
