The individually designed penthouse suites are located on the second floor with commanding views over-looking the Garden Suites and Garden board walk, with a mixture of both cabin beds and four poster beds, mood lighting, including featured starring night ceilings, Ultra Hd Tv, Bose surround sound stereo, Under floor heating, private gardens secure gardens.

Garden view Suites
Our garden view suites are located around our fabulous garden board walk, designed by world renown designer Abby Burnett, created to allow our guests to feel relaxed and welcomed by the natural garden views. All garden view suites come with temperature control heating, Hd Tv, Bose surround stereo, mood lighting including featured starring night ceilings, full size beds with memory foam mattresses, and cotton bedding.

Executive Suites
The executive suites are situated around our modern boardwalk, the elegant spacious rooms with large panoramic windows allow guests to watch the world go by as they relax and unwind. All executive suites come Hd Tv, temperature controlled heating, Bose surround sound stereo, mood lighting, memory foam mattresses and luxury toys and soft bears for company.

Suites
Puppy Suites
Our puppy suites are located on the quieter wings of the boardwalk and adjacent to our staff quarters to allow for more regular loves and observation. The puppy suites are furnished with toys and furnishings designed for the younger clientele.
Quiet Suites
The quiet suites are located on the east wing of the boardwalk and are more suited to clients who prefer a quieter stay such as elderly or nervous guests, the quieter rooms are fitted with additional soundproofing with a relaxing interior design, .
Family Suites
The family suites have been designed for families ensuring the guests who live together on a daily bases also stay together, the suites are generally larger than the executive suites with larger beds and additional drink and food stations.
XL Suites
Our XL suites are designed for the larger guest., ensuring more room throughout the suite including full size beds to allow for full unrestricted sprawling and rolling.
Important Information - before your little one can stay with us
Before your little one can stay with us they must have received the following vaccinations within the last 12 months - canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis (canine adenovius), Leptospirosis (L.canicola and L. IcetroHaemorrhagie), canine parvovirus, kennel cough and other relevant diseases - the course of medication must have been administered over two weeks before boarding but not more than 12 months prior or in accordance with manufactures recommendations, (note - Titre testing - veterinary certificates can only be
accepted if dated within 12 months of boarding and then only for canine distemper,infectious canine hepatitis and canine parvovirus - there must be separate proof of vaccination ag ainst Leptospirosis due to Titre testing not covering this).
Proof of vaccination must be shown before your little one can be allowed within the hotel - This is for the health and well being of all our guests which is our priority at all times.
